This event promotes local fresh seafood. Featuring contemporary music and street performances and participatory arts events. Come and join in the fun of this great seafood weekend. Activities include fireworks, carnival bands, street performers, seafood barbeques, live music, raft race, crab dressing demonstration and kite surfing. Something for all the family in this beautiful coastal village in Dunfanaghy, Marble Hill north west Donegal.

June - Glen Fair & 5 mile charity walk
The Glen Fair has been running in its revived form for several years now. It is a fun day, a chance to relax, enjoy the music, renew old acquaintances, and make new friends. Childrens play area, Refreshments available – all in all a good day out. For the more energetic there is a 5 mile walk starting at 12.00 noon – donations invited for the Irish Heart Foundation. The fair takes place in Glen Village on Sunday 5 June 2011. All welcome.

North West Donegal annual 2-day Vintage Show & Rally. Attractions include Displays of Vintage Motor Cars, Tractors, Steam & Oil engines, Farm Machinery & Implements. September - Dunfanaghy Jazz and Blues Festival 2011
Dunfanaghy will be jumpin' with a full weekend of music and crack as the Dunfanaghy Jazz and Blues Festival 2011gets into full swing. Music will kick off early friday evening and then on Saturday and Sunday from lunchtime to the wee hours.
This is our third Jazz and blues festival and will kick off Friday 9th September until Sunday 11th September.
There will be up to 8 separate music venues in the village and also Shandon Hotel nearby in Marble Hill and it promises to be a fantastic weekend! So get booking your accommodation now...
