Sheephaven Bay is a broad, shallow inlet on the north coast of County Donegal, Ireland. Bounded by the peninsulae of Rosguill, to the east and Horn Head to the west, the bay is relatively protected from the full force of the Atlantic Ocean, and has supported a vibrant herring fleet.
The Bay stretches from Carrigart in the East to Dunfanaghy in the west encompassing locations such as Downings, Rosapenna, Creeslough, Glen, Marble Hill and Port na Blagh which all have spectacular peninsular scenery.
This area is rich in culture, tradition and outdoor activities, including Surfing, Golfing, Walking, DivingCycling, Horse Riding and Fishing all within a 30 mile radius. With this website we aim to supply all the information you require to make that perfect break or holiday.
